-writing headlines- active voice, awareness and tense, some 5Ws, snappy

Writing stand first- first few lines of an article, usually in bold, elaborates on headline

The death toll for the coronavirus in China has now reached over 100.  With more than 4,500 infections confirmed, Chinese authorities have ordered the construction of a new hospital in just 10 days.
